Hometown Reading This Friday

I'm doing a reading in Madera on 15 June 2007. Not only is this a hometown gig, which is already pretty cool but also semi-terrifying (because you don't want to choke in front of your people), but it's also taking place at the Madera County Library, a place that I really love. I used to go there all of the time when I was a little kid and check out a ton of books. They also used to have great book sales, and a good part of my childhood library was made up of books that I had purchased there for no more than a quarter.

And then after I read, I'm going to be followed by Ruben Delgado, a classical guitarist. If my reading's a disaster, hopefully he can save the evening for us both with some hot guitar playing.
